Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the pork ribs with salt and pepper, then coat them in cornstarch and dip in beaten eggs.
  3. Fry the pork ribs in the skillet until golden brown and cooked through, then set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté the onion, bell pepper, and garlic until fragrant.
  5. Combine the white vinegar, sugar, ketchup, and soy sauce in a bowl to make the sweet and sour sauce.
  6. Pour the sweet and sour sauce into the skillet with the sautéed vegetables and bring to a simmer.
  7. Add the fried pork ribs to the skillet and coat them evenly with the sweet and sour sauce.
  8. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the pork ribs.
