Ingredients
- 1 kg pork ribs, cut into individual pieces
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 3 eggs, beaten

- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season the pork ribs with salt and pepper, then coat them in cornstarch and dip in beaten eggs.
- Fry the pork ribs in the skillet until golden brown and cooked through, then set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté the onion, bell pepper, and garlic until fragrant.
- Combine the white vinegar, sugar, ketchup, and soy sauce in a bowl to make the sweet and sour sauce.
- Pour the sweet and sour sauce into the skillet with the sautéed vegetables and bring to a simmer.
- Add the fried pork ribs to the skillet and coat them evenly with the sweet and sour sauce.
- Simmer for 10-15 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the pork ribs.
