Ingredients
- 500g all-purpose flour
- 7g instant yeast
- 100g sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 100g unsalted butter, melted
- 3 eggs

- 500g ground beef

- Lettuce leaves
- 4 slices of cheese

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
- Add the melted butter, 2 eggs, and milk to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 8-10 minutes, then let it rise for 1 hour.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and shape them into braided bread buns. Let them rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake the braided bread buns in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- While the bread buns are baking, prepare the burger patties by mixing the ground beef with the chopped onion, salt, and pepper. Form 4 patties and cook them in a skillet until fully cooked.
