Ingredients

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, warm milk, sugar, melted butter, eggs, and salt. Knead the dough until smooth and elastic.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the chopped walnuts, cocoa powder, and sugar to make the filling.
  3. Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread the filling evenly over the surface.
  4. Roll up the dough tightly and place it in a greased loaf pan. Let it rise for 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the sweet bread for 1 hour, or until golden brown.
