Ingredients

Instructions

  2. Add the melted butter, sugar, egg, and salt to the yeast mixture. Stir to combine.
  3. Gradually add the flour and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a kitchen towel, and let it rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
  6. Punch down the dough and divide it into 12 equal pieces. Shape each piece into a ball and place on a baking sheet.
  7. Cover the buns and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
  8. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  9. Bake the buns for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven and let them cool before serving.
