Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
- Add the melted butter, sugar, egg, and salt to the yeast mixture. Stir to combine.
- Gradually add the flour and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a kitchen towel, and let it rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
- Punch down the dough and divide it into 12 equal pieces. Shape each piece into a ball and place on a baking sheet.
- Cover the buns and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Bake the buns for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool before serving.
