Ingredients

Instructions

  2. In a separate bowl, mix the sweet cheese until smooth.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of butter.
  4. Pour a small ladleful of the pancake batter into the skillet and swirl to spread it out into a thin, even layer.
  5. Cook for 2-3 minutes, then flip the pancake and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. Remove the pancake from the skillet and place it on a plate.
  7. Spread a spoonful of the sweet cheese mixture over the pancake, then fold it in half and then in half again to form a triangle.
  8. Repeat with the remaining batter and sweet cheese mixture.
  9. Serve the sweet cheese pancakes warm, dusted with powdered sugar if desired.
