Ingredients

Instructions

  4. Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and shape each portion into a flat disk with a hole in the center.
  5. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the pastries until golden brown on both sides.
  6. Remove the pastries from the oil and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
  7. Serve the papanași with a dollop of sour cream and a spoonful of jam on top.
