Ingredients

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rice flour, powdered sugar, ghee, milk, and cardamom powder. Knead the mixture into a smooth dough.

  3. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat. Fry the flattened dough discs until they turn golden brown and crispy.

  5. Once cooled, store the sweet lakhamari in an airtight container.
