Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup lentils
- 1 cup jaggery
- 1 tsp turmeric powder

- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the lentil stuffing by cooking the lentils with turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin seeds, and salt. Once cooked, add jaggery and mix well.
- Divide the whole wheat flour into small portions and roll them into small circles. Place a portion of the lentil stuffing in the center and seal the edges to form a stuffed ball.
- Roll out the stuffed balls into flatbreads and cook them on a hot griddle until golden brown on both sides.
- Prepare the curry by heating oil in a pan, adding cumin seeds, and then adding water, turmeric, and salt. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
- Once the curry is ready, serve it with the sweet lentil stuffed flatbreads.
