Ingredients

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour with water to make a smooth batter.
- Heat ghee in a deep frying pan and pour a ladleful of batter to make a pancake. Fry until golden and crispy. Repeat for the remaining batter.
- In a separate pan, heat the whole milk and condensed milk together. Let it simmer until it thickens, stirring occasionally. Add cardamom powder and mix well.
