Sweet Plantain and Black Bean Quesadillas (Quesadillas de Plátano Maduro y Frijoles Negros)

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Place the sliced plantains in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

  8. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling ingredients.
  9. Serve the quesadillas hot, cut into wedges, and enjoy!
