Ingredients

  • 4 ripe plantains
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pre-made pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Peel the plantains and slice them into 1-inch pieces.
