Ingredients

  • 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups vegetable broth

  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions
