Ingredients
- 2 cups mashed sweet potatoes
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground anise
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 eggs
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
