Ingredients

  • 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and diced

Instructions

  6. Cover the skillet and simmer for 25-30 minutes, or until the sweet potatoes are tender.
  7. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking and ensure even cooking.
  8. Once the sweet potatoes are cooked, remove from heat and let it sit for a few minutes before serving.
