Ingredients
- 1 cup rice flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 cups water
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- 1/4 cup ghee (clarified butter)
- 1/4 cup cashew nuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup raisins
Instructions
- Boil water in a pan.
- Add rice flour to the boiling water and stir continuously to avoid lumps.
- Cook the mixture until it thickens and forms a smooth dough-like consistency.
- Add sugar and cardamom powder to the mixture and stir well.
- Heat ghee in a separate pan and fry the cashew nuts and raisins until they turn golden brown.
- Pour the fried nuts and raisins along with the ghee into the sweet rice mixture and mix well.
- Remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
