Ingredients
- 2 cups rice flour
- 1 cup grated jaggery
- 1/2 cup grated coconut
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- Water
- Oil for greasing
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the rice flour, grated jaggery, grated coconut, and cardamom powder.
- Add water gradually and knead the mixture into a smooth dough.
- Divide the dough into small portions and shape them into dumplings.
- Steam the dumplings in a steamer for 15-20 minutes until they are cooked through.
- Once done, remove the dumplings from the steamer and let them cool.
- Grease your hands with oil and gently shape the dumplings to give them a smooth finish.
