Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup mixed berries
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut sugar, and sea salt.
- Add melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until crumbly.
- Press the mixture into a tart pan to form the crust and bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool.
