Ingredients
- 2 cups wheat flour
- 1 cup ghee

Instructions
- Heat 1/2 cup of ghee in a heavy-bottomed pan.
- Add the wheat flour and roast it on low heat until it turns golden brown and aromatic.
- Once the flour is roasted, remove it from the heat and let it cool slightly.
- Add the powdered jaggery, cardamom powder, chopped nuts, and the remaining ghee to the roasted flour.
- Mix everything well and let it cool slightly so that you can handle the mixture.
- Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into round balls (ladoos).
- Your Churma Ladoos are ready to be served!
