Ingredients

  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • 1 cup ghee
  • 1 cup powdered jaggery

  • 1/4 cup chopped mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, pistachios)

Instructions

  1. Heat 1/2 cup of ghee in a heavy-bottomed pan.
  2. Add the wheat flour and roast it on low heat until it turns golden brown and aromatic.
  3. Once the flour is roasted, remove it from the heat and let it cool slightly.
  4. Add the powdered jaggery, cardamom powder, chopped nuts, and the remaining ghee to the roasted flour.
  5. Mix everything well and let it cool slightly so that you can handle the mixture.
  6. Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into round balls (ladoos).
  7. Your Churma Ladoos are ready to be served!
