Sweet Woh (मिठो वोह)

Ingredients
- 2 cups rice flour
- 1 cup jaggery (or brown sugar)
- 1/2 cup ghee (clarified butter)
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds, cashews, pistachios)
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- Water as needed
Instructions
- In a pan, melt the ghee over medium heat.
- Add the rice flour and roast it in the ghee until it turns golden brown and aromatic.
- In a separate pan, melt the jaggery with a little water to make a syrup.
- Once the rice flour is roasted, slowly add the jaggery syrup and mix well to form a dough-like consistency.
- Add the shredded coconut, chopped nuts, and cardamom powder to the mixture and mix thoroughly.
- Remove the mixture from heat and allow it to cool slightly.
- Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into small round balls or any desired shape.
