Swiss Rösti with Gruyère Cheese (Rösti mit Gruyère)

Ingredients

Instructions

  6. Slide the Rösti onto a plate, add the remaining butter to the skillet, and carefully invert the Rösti back into the skillet to cook the other side.
  7. Cook for an additional 10-12 minutes until the second side is golden and crispy.
  8. Slide the Rösti onto a serving plate, cut into wedges, and serve hot.
