Syrian Fattet Hummus With Crispy Bread And Chickpeas

Ingredients
- 2 cups of cooked chickpeas
- 4 pita bread rounds, cut into small squares

Instructions
- In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and fry the pita bread squares until crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, melt the butter and toast the pine nuts until golden brown. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix the yogurt, minced garlic, tahini, and salt to taste. Spread the yogurt mixture in a serving dish.
- Top the yogurt mixture with the cooked chickpeas.
- Sprinkle the crispy pita bread squares over the chickpeas.
- Garnish with toasted pine nuts, chopped parsley, ground cumin, and paprika.
