Ingredients

  • 3 large red bell peppers, roasted and peeled
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons pomegranate molasses
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the roasted red peppers, walnuts, breadcrumbs, garlic, pomegranate molasses, lemon juice, cumin, cayenne pepper, and salt.
