Ingredients
- 3 large red bell peppers, roasted and peeled
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons pomegranate molasses
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine the roasted red peppers, walnuts, breadcrumbs, garlic, pomegranate molasses, lemon juice, cumin, cayenne pepper, and salt.
- Pulse until the mixture is smooth.
