Ingredients
- 1 kg farmer's cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup semolina
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 lemon (zest and juice)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the farmer's cheese, eggs, sugar, semolina, raisins, butter, lemon zest, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and sour cream. Mix well.
- Grease a baking dish and sprinkle the bottom with breadcrumbs.
- Pour the cheese mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
