Ingredients
- 1 lb beef, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp Szechuan peppercorns
- 3-4 dried red chilies, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add the Szechuan peppercorns and dried red chilies. Dry roast for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the vegetable oil, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for 30 seconds.
- Add the beef slices and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned.
- Pour in the soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, and sugar. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
- Add the green onions and stir-fry for an additional 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
