Ingredients
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, snap peas)
- 3 tbsp Szechuan sauce
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
- Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
- Add Szechuan sauce, salt, and black pepper. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
