Taco Bell Tostada
If you love the classic Taco Bell tostada, you can now make it at home with this easy recipe! Crispy tortillas topped with seasoned beef, beans, cheese, and all your favorite toppings.
Ingredients
- 4 corn tortillas
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup salsa
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the taco seasoning and cook according to the package instructions.
- In a separate pan, heat the refried beans until warm.
- In a large skillet, heat 1 inch of oil over medium-high heat. Fry the tortillas one at a time for about 2 minutes on each side, until golden and crisp. Drain on paper towels.
- To assemble the tostadas, spread a layer of refried beans on each fried tortilla. Top with the seasoned beef, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, onions, olives, sour cream, and salsa.
