Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.

  4. Add the cooked ground beef and cheddar cheese to the pot with the macaroni. Stir until the cheese is melted.
