Taco Ring
This taco ring recipe is a fun and delicious way to enjoy the flavors of a taco in a unique presentation. It's perfect for a family dinner or a gathering with friends.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 8-ounce cans refrigerated crescent rolls
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the taco seasoning to the cooked beef, following the package instructions.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles. Arrange the triangles in a circle on a large round baking stone or pizza pan with the wide ends overlapping in the center and the points toward the outside.
- Spoon the beef mixture evenly onto the wide ends of the triangles. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, and green onions.
- Bring the points of the triangles up over the filling and tuck under the wide ends of the dough at the center of the ring. The filling will not be completely covered.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the dough is golden brown and the filling is hot.
