Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) beef, thinly sliced

  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) olive oil
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • Optional toppings: chopped tomatoes, lettuce, yogurt, and hot sauce

Instructions
