Ingredients

  • 4 fish fillets
  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 2 potatoes, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander

  • 2 cups fish or vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Season the fish fillets with salt, pepper, and a pinch of paprika. Set aside.
  2. In a tagine or large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until softened.
