Ingredients
- 4 fish fillets
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 carrots, sliced

- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions
- Season the fish fillets with salt, pepper, and a pinch of paprika. Set aside.
- In a tagine or large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until softened.
- Add the ground cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, and cayenne pepper to the skillet. Stir well to combine with the onions and garlic.
