Ingredients

- 2 red chilies, finely chopped
- 1 tsp tamarind paste
- 1 tbsp palm sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the tofu puffs by cutting a slit in each one to create a pocket for the stuffing.
- Mix the bean sprouts, carrots, and cucumber in a bowl and set aside.
- In a pan, heat the vegetable oil and sauté the shallots, garlic, and red chilies until fragrant.
- Add the ground peanuts, tamarind paste, palm sugar, and water to the pan. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
- Stuff the tofu puffs with the mixed vegetables.
- Pour the peanut sauce over the stuffed tofu puffs and vegetables.
