Ingredients
- 4 pieces of firm tofu
- 1 carrot, finely chopped

- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of cooking oil
Instructions
- Prepare the tofu by cutting a slit in the middle to create a pocket for the filling.
- Heat the cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté the garlic and shallot until fragrant.
- Add the carrot, green beans, and cabbage. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
- Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and sugar. Stir well to combine.
- Stuff the tofu pockets with the vegetable mixture.
- Heat a pan with oil over medium heat. Fry the stuffed tofu until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
- Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
