Tahu Isi Udang (stuffed Tofu Puffs)

Ingredients

  • 12 tofu puffs
  • 200g shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
