Ingredients
- 300g firm tofu, cubed
- 100g crab meat
- 150g prawns, peeled and deveined
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 red chili, sliced
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 spring onion, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a claypot over medium heat. Add the garlic, onion, and red chili. Sauté until fragrant.
- Add the crab meat and prawns, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the seafood is cooked through.
- Stir in the oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sugar. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Gently add the tofu cubes into the claypot, making sure they are covered with the sauce. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped spring onions before serving.
