Tahu Kepiting (claypot Tofu With Seafood)

Ingredients

  • 300g firm tofu, cubed
  • 100g crab meat
  • 150g prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 red chili, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 spring onion, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a claypot over medium heat. Add the garlic, onion, and red chili. Sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add the crab meat and prawns, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the seafood is cooked through.
  3. Stir in the oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sugar. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  4. Gently add the tofu cubes into the claypot, making sure they are covered with the sauce. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Garnish with chopped spring onions before serving.
