Ingredients
- 1 block of firm tofu, cut into cubes

Instructions
- Press the tofu cubes between paper towels to remove excess moisture.

- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the tofu cubes and fry until golden brown and crispy on all sides.

- In a separate bowl, mix cornstarch and water to make a slurry. Pour the slurry into the pan and stir until the sauce thickens.
