Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Press the tofu cubes between paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, garlic, ginger, and green onions to make the sauce.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the tofu cubes and fry until golden brown and crispy on all sides.

  5. In a separate bowl, mix cornstarch and water to make a slurry. Pour the slurry into the pan and stir until the sauce thickens.
