Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets

  • 1/2 cup sliced shiitake mushrooms
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  3. Add broccoli, carrots, bell peppers, snow peas, and shiitake mushrooms. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and white pepper.
  5. Pour the sauce over the vegetables and toss to coat evenly.
