Ingredients
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1 cup snow peas
- 1/2 cup sliced shiitake mushrooms
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- Add minced garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
- Add broccoli, carrots, bell peppers, snow peas, and shiitake mushrooms. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and white pepper.
- Pour the sauce over the vegetables and toss to coat evenly.
