Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh or dried noodles
- 1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 pound squid, cleaned and sliced into rings
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup oyster sauce
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, marinate the shrimp and squid with soy sauce and oyster sauce for 10 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over high heat. Add the marinated seafood and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until cooked. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add more oil if needed and sauté the red onion, tomatoes, bell pepper, and garlic until they are slightly softened.
- Add the cooked noodles, cumin, and paprika to the pan. Stir-fry for a few minutes until the noodles are heated through and well combined with the vegetables.
- Return the cooked seafood to the pan and toss everything together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
