Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh or dried noodles
  • 1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 pound squid, cleaned and sliced into rings
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup oyster sauce
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, marinate the shrimp and squid with soy sauce and oyster sauce for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over high heat. Add the marinated seafood and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until cooked. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add more oil if needed and sauté the red onion, tomatoes, bell pepper, and garlic until they are slightly softened.
  5. Add the cooked noodles, cumin, and paprika to the pan. Stir-fry for a few minutes until the noodles are heated through and well combined with the vegetables.
  6. Return the cooked seafood to the pan and toss everything together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
