Ingredients

- 12 dried corn husks
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the masa harina, vegetable broth, and coconut oil to form a smooth dough.
- In another bowl, combine the mashed pumpkin, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt to make the filling.
- Soak the corn husks in warm water for 30 minutes to soften.
- Spread a thin layer of the masa dough onto each corn husk.
- Add a spoonful of the pumpkin filling to the center of the dough.
- Wrap the tamales and tie the ends with strips of corn husk.
- Steam the tamales for 1 hour.
- Let the tamales cool for a few minutes before serving.
