Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix masa harina, chicken broth, baking powder, salt, and butter to form a smooth dough.

  3. Spread a thin layer of masa dough on each corn husk. Place a spoonful of the pork curry filling in the center, then fold and tie the tamales.
  4. Steam the tamales for 1.5 to 2 hours until firm.
