Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup (60ml) soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the tamarind concentrate, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and black pepper to make the glaze.
  2. Thread the beef cubes onto the soaked skewers.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Brush the beef skewers with the tamarind glaze and place them in the hot pan.
