Ingredients
- 500g bamboo shoots, peeled and sliced
- 200g chicken breast, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 red chilies, sliced
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt to taste
Instructions
