Tandoori Chicken Nachos

Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp tandoori masala
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 bag of tortilla chips
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced red onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, tandoori masala, ginger paste, garlic paste, turmeric, and salt.
  2. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Spread the marinated chicken pieces on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until fully cooked.
  5. Arrange the tortilla chips on a baking sheet and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  6. Top the chips with the cooked tandoori chicken, diced tomatoes, and red onions.
  7. Bake in the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped cilantro.
  9. Serve the Tandoori Chicken Nachos with lime wedges on the side.
