Tandoori Chicken Nachos
Tandoori Chicken Nachos are a delicious fusion dish that combines the flavors of Indian tandoori chicken with the crunch of nachos. It's a perfect appetizer or snack for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into small pieces
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp tandoori masala
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- Salt to taste
- 1 bag of tortilla chips
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced red onions
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, tandoori masala, ginger paste, garlic paste, turmeric, and salt.
- Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread the marinated chicken pieces on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until fully cooked.
- Arrange the tortilla chips on a baking sheet and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Top the chips with the cooked tandoori chicken, diced tomatoes, and red onions.
- Bake in the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped cilantro.
- Serve the Tandoori Chicken Nachos with lime wedges on the side.
