Ingredients

  • 1 kg boneless meat, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 tbsp tandoori masala
  • 1 tbsp ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, tandoori masala, ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt, and lemon juice.
  2. Add the meat cubes to the marinade and coat them well. Let it marinate for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the sliced onion until golden brown.
  4. Add the marinated meat and cook until tender and charred, about 10-15 minutes.
  5. Add the bell pepper chunks and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with naan or rice.
