Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine yogurt, tandoori masala, lemon juice, ginger paste, garlic paste, paprika, cumin, coriander, cayenne pepper, and salt to make the marinade.
  2. Cut the chicken thighs into small pieces and add them to the marinade. Coat the chicken pieces evenly with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
