Tandoori Paneer Tikka

Ingredients
- 500g paneer, cut into cubes
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons tandoori masala
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- 1 onion, cut into wedges
- 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, tandoori masala, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, lemon juice, and salt.
- Add paneer cubes to the marinade and coat them well. Let it marinate for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Thread marinated paneer, onion, and bell pepper onto skewers.
- Heat a grill pan over medium heat and lightly oil the surface.
- Place the skewers on the grill pan and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the paneer is charred and the vegetables are tender.
- Remove from the grill and serve hot with mint chutney and lemon wedges.
