Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 tablespoons tandoori masala

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, tandoori masala, lemon juice, ginger paste, garlic paste, and salt. Marinate the salmon fillets in this mixture for 1 hour.
- While the salmon is marinating, prepare the mint chutney. In a blender, combine mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies, cumin seeds, sugar, lemon juice, and salt. Blend until smooth.
- Heat a pan on the stovetop and place the marinated salmon fillets. Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side or until the salmon is cooked through.
- Serve the tandoori salmon hot with the freshly prepared pudina chutney.
