Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup yogurt

  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves
  • 2 green chilies
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, tandoori masala, lemon juice, ginger paste, garlic paste, and salt. Marinate the salmon fillets in this mixture for 1 hour.
  2. While the salmon is marinating, prepare the mint chutney. In a blender, combine mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies, cumin seeds, sugar, lemon juice, and salt. Blend until smooth.
  3. Heat a pan on the stovetop and place the marinated salmon fillets. Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side or until the salmon is cooked through.
  4. Serve the tandoori salmon hot with the freshly prepared pudina chutney.
