Ingredients

  • 500g minced meat
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2-3 green chilies, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 cup fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the minced meat, chopped onion, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, red chili powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, fresh coriander, fresh mint, bread crumbs, and salt.
  2. Knead the mixture well to ensure all the ingredients are evenly combined.
  3. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them onto skewers to form kebabs.
  4. Preheat the grill and brush the kebabs with oil.
  5. Grill the kebabs for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and have a charred exterior.
  6. Remove the kebabs from the grill and serve hot with mint chutney and naan.
