Tandoori Seekh Kebab (grilled Seekh Kebabs)

Ingredients
- 500g minced meat
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2-3 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/4 cup fresh coriander, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the minced meat, chopped onion, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, red chili powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, fresh coriander, fresh mint, bread crumbs, and salt.
- Knead the mixture well to ensure all the ingredients are evenly combined.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them onto skewers to form kebabs.
- Preheat the grill and brush the kebabs with oil.
- Grill the kebabs for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and have a charred exterior.
- Remove the kebabs from the grill and serve hot with mint chutney and naan.
