Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chili garlic sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the cornstarch, flour, salt, and black pepper. Dredge the chicken pieces in the mixture until well coated.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the coated chicken pieces and cook until golden and crispy, about 6-8 minutes.
  3. In a separate small saucepan, combine the honey, soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, and minced garlic. Cook over medium heat until the sauce thickens, about 3-4 minutes.
