Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add the onion, tomatoes, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
  3. Return the beef to the skillet and add the cumin, paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or in the oven.
  5. Fill the tortillas with the beef mixture and top with fresh cilantro. Serve with lime wedges.
