Ingredients

  • 1 pound pork, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup carrots, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 8 small flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Coat the pork slices in cornstarch, dip in beaten eggs, and fry until crispy. Set aside.
  2. In a separate pan, stir-fry carrots, bell peppers, and pineapple until slightly tender.
  3. In a saucepan, combine white vinegar, sugar, ketchup, soy sauce, and water. Bring to a boil and simmer until the sauce thickens.
  4. Pour the sauce over the stir-fried vegetables and pineapple, then add the crispy pork slices. Toss to coat.
  5. Warm the flour tortillas and fill each with the tangsuyuk mixture.
