Ingredients
- 1 pound pork, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup carrots, thinly sliced
- 1 cup bell peppers, thinly sliced
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup water
- 8 small flour tortillas
Instructions
- Coat the pork slices in cornstarch, dip in beaten eggs, and fry until crispy. Set aside.
- In a separate pan, stir-fry carrots, bell peppers, and pineapple until slightly tender.
- In a saucepan, combine white vinegar, sugar, ketchup, soy sauce, and water. Bring to a boil and simmer until the sauce thickens.
- Pour the sauce over the stir-fried vegetables and pineapple, then add the crispy pork slices. Toss to coat.
- Warm the flour tortillas and fill each with the tangsuyuk mixture.
